To support you and your child's well-being starting now, with benefits that can last a lifetime.

Thank you to all who joined the recent TPG lullaby workshop!

“Thank you! …It was a great session and great singing!!”

“I got so emotional did not expect that”

“Thank you so much. This feels so relaxing to me.  I hope baby felt the same.”

“It was so beautiful and healing!  The baby kicked harder though 😅”

We may think of lullabies as something for our children, but they are equally, if not even more for you!

Are you a mama

"I'm a music therapist and I still learned a lot from Misa!" - Harue P.

"I'm a dancer and was drawn to the idea of singing to my baby, but felt hesitant about my voice. I'm glad I met Misa while I was pregnant. I felt inspired and started singing immediately.  It's been a helpful tool, and a very precious part of motherhood! " - Mariana W.

"Misa helped me realize that singing not only benefits my child but me as well. I feel so much calmer, more focused and more confident when I sing to my child in overwhelming situations."

~ Maike E.

"I enjoyed being introduced to singing in such a fun and playful way with you.  I have so much going on at the moment and some days it's very hard, but this is helping me very much."  ~ Sarah B.

Are you a Mama too, Misa?

No.  But I've always wanted to be.

“What are you going to be when you grow up?”

My answer was always “a mama" - from age 4, or whenever people started asking.

At 12, I started dreaming of being pregnant.  And also of how incredible it would be to breastfeed.

With actual dreams at night, an infant in my arms.

When those around me cringed at the sound of a crying baby, I longed to hold the child and sing softly.

Life has  taken me on a path that I hadn't anticipated.  So no, not yet...

However, I discovered personally during graduate school how deeply healing it was to sing to children, especially as someone who was struggling with her singing voice.

Meanwhile, at school, I was writing a paper on lullaby-singing and consistently came across 2 themes in my research:  how fewer parents sing to their children nowadays, and how beneficial parental singing is - to both parents and children.
That was the start of my mission to help mamas with lullaby-singing.
