So happy you were able to join us for your fist Block Therapy experience!  

That was Japan's first Block Therapy public group session!


Here are some possible next steps for you:

Join your 2nd session

Foundations 2:  Pelvis & Legs.

This will be the 2nd of the 3 foundational sessions. 

In Hatsudai (Yoyogi Park / Meiji Jingu area)​

2 hrs,  6000 yen

We will have a session this Sunday afternoon, 3 ~ 5pm.  
The earliest I can offer it after that will be October 18th and after.

 

Since we are just getting started, the group session may turn out to be a private session, or couple's session.  But your price will remain as a group price regardless. 

​

You can also invite a friend who is new to this to join you, and take 1000 yen off your session.   

Although it is ideal that we begin this work by opening and deepening the breath, and thus in general we start people with the Core, we will still do a little at the start of each session, and it is okay if they jump into the 2nd session, and do the Core at a later session.

You will need to visit me to purchase and pick up, and we can do that when you attend your 2nd session.

It might be a few months before they are in stock again, but the Baby Block will come soon.
