The Wrinkle Wrecker

​This is a rather unique class!   Please be prepared with the following:
 

• a face towel 

  • we'll be wrapping it around our tongue, and the towel is so the fingers don't slip ​

• water

  •  in case you want to sip 
     

• your big block

  • or smaller paperback books wrapped in a towel as a substitute​

  • we will be using it on our throat and chin

• table and chair for you ​​

• a mat nearby, in case you prefer doing it on the floor

  • original instructions are sitting at a table, but I prefer the floor for some parts
     

• trimmed nails​

  • just so you don't hurt yourself​ - we'll be using our fingers on our face and in the mouth
     

• music 

  • something to play in the background and help you through the session while we look like clowns!​
