Private Sessions

Recommended for anyone more sensitive to a group environment, for those working through trauma, and anyone who enjoys the individualized attention of private sessions. 

​

In general, we always start with the first 3 foundation sessions, to get you acquainted and comfortable with the process.
 

If you try the first session and decide you'd like to do all 3, you will be invited to do so at a reduced price to reflect the Bundle pricing.

First Session  

 

~ One session to give it a try.   We start in the Core.

~ 2 hrs

~ Private and nurturing space in Hatsudai, Tokyo (Meiji Jingu & Yoyogi Park area)

Private session - 12,000 yen 

Duo session - 9000 yen per person

Foundations Bundle

 

~ 3 foundational sessions for a full body experience.  

~ 2 hr sessions, booked on separate days

~ Private and nurturing space in Hatsudai, Tokyo  (Meiji Jingu & Yoyogi Park area)

~ All 3 sessions rolled into a 5 hrs session, with small breaks

~ Recommended only for people who are relatively fit, healthy, and lead an active lifestyle

Discounts on Block Purchase

~ In Person Sessions Only ~

Receive a lovely discount on the Blocks when completing the 3 foundation sessions.

Savings will vary upon the number of tools you order, and the exchange rate. Currently that comes to a 11,000 yen discount for the 2 Blocks (recommended to get both, and the Face Paddle if available).​
