Block Therapy™ Benefits
It may not help you fly, but...
You may feel like you can afterwards. As you melt the blockage in your tissues, you free up space for better flow, and your cells can inflate with more oxygen. With regular practice of Block Therapy™ you can experience: - Healing from numerous physical conditions that are often regarded as incurable or inevitable with age - Prevention of such conditions - Recovery from that old injury that left you “never quite the same” Overtime, your body will become healthier, look better, function better, and feel better, in oh so many ways!
The Healing Journey
The things that can happen as we create shifts
Just like emotional healing, when we are making deep and profound shifts, we can experience temporary pain and discomfort as our sytems allow in more energy to heal and adjust to the changes. In Block Therapy they are sometimes referred to as healing crises, and while not pleasant, they are a temporary part of the process as decompress our bodies. Between myself, the community of Blockers on FB and their website, and the founder of Block Therapy, Deanna Hansen, there is support available to you. Here are some more common temporary experiences, though it is not every time and all the time, nor is it everybody who experiences these. These are just to inform you of the possibilities, and each body's healing process is unique: Rib release Flu-like symptoms Headaches Slight Fever Achy and vulnerable feeling Respiratory clearing out - fluids, cough, sneeze Feeling Cold Increase in pain New pain Spotting (in women) Cramping, spasms, Bruising (from fresh blood entering previously frozen tissue, not from broken capillaries) Pimples Rashes Itchiness Nausea Diarrhea Mucus Scab-like formation that peels off in following days Numbness Dizziness Emotional releases Including wild dreams Appetite swings - will balance out Energy level swings - will balance out. Very common to become extremely fatigued when beginning It is common for people to feel quite tired in the beginning, as the body starts to make more red blood cells to accommodate the increase in oxygen

The Sounds
To Support The Healing Process
The blocks assist in the delivery of the sounds, and the sounds enhance the experience of the blocks
Increasing amounts of research show vibration and sound helping to attune and repair fascia.
The grounding quality of laying on the Blocks and facing your pain can help your system better receive the healing qualities in the sounds.
The emotional quality of the sounds inside a session can help you connect to and release more deeply what is stored in the fascia.
The physically grounding quality of laying on the Blocks and facing your pain can help your system better receive the healing qualities in the sounds.
